National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is recognised around the world, and as such gives you the potential to travel and work. It is an excellent starting point for a career in the leisure industry. Because Lifeguards benefit from varied working hours you can easily fit work in around your other commitments and this makes it an excellent way to help fund your higher education studies. On the NPLQ course you will learn essential life skills including First Aid and CPR as well as teamwork and communication. All students studying the Higher Sports Leaders course will be given the opportunity to complete the NPLQ but other students are welcome to participate if their timetable allow
