I studied Health and Social Care, Sports, and Applied science, as I aspire to be a Paramedic. Post 16, was an amazing place to study, and even though Covid-19 hit during my studies, the tutors were so supportive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always available to help, especially Mr. Franklin my Health and Social Care Tutor. They really did want the best for us.

From Post 16, I attended Nottingham Trent University, completed an Emergency Ambulance Technician Degree, and secured employment with Central Medical Services attending 999 calls working alongside the NHS, treating patients on scene or conveying to hospital, and private event work.

I will continue to study and complete a paramedic course and hope to be part of the Hazardous Area Response Team to deal with major incidents.
